Turbo is a private personal assistant developed by Adar Butel for friends and family. Each person operates their own private installation. This policy covers this informational website and Google account integration in those installations. Questions and data requests can be sent to inquire@adynato.com.
Google account and Calendar access
Connecting a Google account is optional. Turbo requests your account email address and read-only Google Calendar permission. New connections request permission to read events on Google calendars you own; Turbo imports only the connected account’s primary calendar. Earlier connections may retain the broader read-only Calendar permission previously requested. Turbo does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
Imported information includes event titles, dates and times, locations, meeting links, attendee names or email addresses and response statuses, and event identifiers. Turbo also stores authorization tokens so it can refresh the calendar in the background.
How information is used
Calendar information is used to display schedules, identify scheduling conflicts, provide reminders, and support scheduling assistance requested in the private application. Email addresses identify connected accounts. Authorization tokens are used only to communicate with Google and are not included in assistant prompts.
Other information entered into Turbo, such as conversations, tasks, routines, and personal records, is used to provide the corresponding features. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage and service providers
Each private installation stores its records and calendar cache on its owner’s host. Installations use a shared Google OAuth application identity to simplify connection, but sharing that identity does not share authorization tokens or calendar records between installations. Google authorization tokens are stored separately from source code with restricted file permissions. These records are not deployed to this public website.
Turbo uses external AI services for assistant features. Relevant information, including calendar details when included in scheduling context, may be sent to the configured AI provider to fulfill a user request. Enabled push notifications may pass meeting titles, times, and locations through notification delivery services. These features do not make the private workspace publicly accessible.
This informational website is hosted by Vercel. The hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. The website includes no advertising, analytics scripts, or sign-up forms.
Retention and deletion
The calendar cache is refreshed to cover the previous day and the next 30 days. Disconnecting a calendar in Turbo removes its saved authorization tokens and cached events from the active application. Access can also be revoked in Google Account connections.
Disconnecting does not automatically erase information already included in saved conversations, delivered notifications, or private backups. Other application records remain until deleted; backup copies may remain until the corresponding backups are removed. The owner of each installation controls its retained records and backups. Contact that owner for deletion of retained data, or the developer at the address above for help.
Google API Limited Use
Turbo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
